摘要

基于产业融合理论,阐述了旅游业与文化产业融合的机理,进而拓展到旅游业与博物馆融合这一具体业态。提出博物馆旅游发展需要多方创新,如理念创新、服务创新、组织创新及人才创新等。
        Based on the theory of industrial integration,this paper expounds the mechanism of the integration of tourism and cultural industry,and then extends it to the specific form of integration of tourism and museum.It is pointed out that the development of museum tourism needs many innovations,such as concept innovation,service innovation,organization innovation and talent innovation.
