摘要
为了安全拆除唐山市西郊热电厂区内210m高的烟囱,根据烟囱周围环境复杂和倒塌空间不足的特点,采取双切口同向折叠爆破拆除方案。通过数值模拟确定上、下切口延时间隔时间为3s。通过严格控制上、下切口延时时间及倒塌方向,确保了倒塌时烟囱不发生偏转及反向倒塌,并有效缩短了倒塌距离。采取铺设缓冲垫层、开挖减振沟等措施减小振动。采用草帘和钢丝网对炮孔进行覆盖,防止爆破飞石的扩散。爆破未对周围建筑产生影响,达到预期倒塌效果,可为类似工程提供参考。
        In order to safely demolish the 210 m chimney in the Tangshan Xijiao Thermal Power Plant,according to the characteristics of complex environment around the chimney and the lack of space collapse,the blasting demolition program of double notches in the same direction by folding was taken.Through numerical simulation the upper and lower notch delay time interval of 3 swas determined.Through strict control of the upper and lower notch delay time and direction of collapse,it ensures that the chimney does not deflect and reverse collapse when it collapses and it effectively shortens the collapse distance.The vibration was reduced by laying a cushion and excavating damping ditch.The straw curtains and steel mesh was used to cover the blasthole to prevent the spread of blasting flying rocks.The surrounding buildings were not affected.The expected collapse effect was achieved and it can provide a reference for similar projects.
