东北地区畜牧行业从业人员对动物福利认知的调查

摘要
随着畜牧业的发展和宣传推动,近年来人们更加关注动物福利问题。为了了解动物福利在东北地区畜牧业的发展程度及以后如何保障和实施动物福利,以广大畜牧行业从业人员为调查研究对象,通过随机电子问卷的方式进行了调查。结果表明:了解动物福利的人员占到了79.64%,但是知道我国《农场动物福利要求-猪》和《生猪人道屠宰技术规范》推出的分别仅占了34.86%和26.33%,认为动物福利有好的推广前景的占到了62.44%。在不同人群对农场动物福利的要求评价及保障施行方面:饲料厂员工和养殖场工作人员的评价度较高,评分均超过4.3分。这些数据表明,畜牧行业从业人员对动物福利有较好的了解和认知,但是在法规制定普及方面还有很大的欠缺。现阶段我们应积极推广动物福利,使全社会都响应参与进来,一起推动动物福利的发展。
With the development of animal husbandry,animal welfare got more attention in recent years.The electronic survey among the staffs related to animal husbandry was used to investigate the current situation off arm animal welfare in the Northeast China,The results showed that 79.64% of respondents knew animal welfare,however,only 36.84% knew the requirements of Farm Animal Welfare Requirements-Pigs and 26.33% for Manufacturing Practice of Hog Humane Slaughter. Moreover,62.44% of respondents had good prospect of farm animal welfare promotion.Among different groups of people,the workers from feed factories and farms had higher evaluations on the farm animal welfare requirements,with scores above 4.3. These indicated that most animal husbandry staffs understood animal welfare principle very well,but it still had some shortcomings in legislation and application of animal welfare.Next step,farm animal welfare should be actively promoted,so that the whole society would respond to these project and work together to promote the development of animal welfare.
