摘要
为了缓解远海工程建设中原材料短缺的问题,该研究探讨了掺珊瑚礁石粉砂浆的力学性能和耐久性以及偏高岭土对上述材料性能的改善作用。研究结果表明,礁石粉的使用不会明显影响新拌水泥基材料的流动性。由于礁石粉对水泥的稀释作用,单掺礁石粉对水泥基材料力学性能和耐久性较为不利。偏高岭土与礁石粉复合使用时,可促进碳铝酸钙的形成,显著增强掺礁石粉与水泥浆体的界面,砂浆的力学性能和耐久性指标得到改善。
To ease the shortage of raw materials for construction on islands far from mainland,the present works investigated the mechanical properties and durability of a local coral powder-blended cement mortar as well as the effect of metakaolin(MK).In order to uncover the modification mechanism,X-ray diffraction method was employed to identify the hydration products.The results show that coral powder affects the flowability of mortar very little.The incorporation of coral powder can negatively affect the mechanical properties and durability due to dilution effect,but this adverse effect can be compensated by MK addition.The binary use of MK and coral powder can significantly promote the formation of carboaluminate which can densify the boundaries between hardened paste and coral powder particles to improve the microstructure,thus benefiting the improvement of mechanical and durable properties.
