多功能便携式口腔清洁器的应用

摘要
目的探讨多功能便携式口腔清洁器的应用及对患者牙齿清洁的影响分析。方法选取2017年3月～2017年10月我院收治的喉癌患者168例作为研究对象,以口腔清洁器的规格不同分为两组,对照组采用传统口腔护理包进行牙齿护理,研究组采用多功能便携式口腔清洁器进行牙齿护理,对比观察两组患者的口腔护理准备用药时间、护理操作时间和总时间差异、口腔舒适度评分、口腔清洁度评分、不良反应发生率和两组患者口腔溃疡情况。结果研究组护理准备用药时间比对照组时间长,但护理操作时间和总时间均明显短于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者的口腔舒适度评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者的口轻清洁度评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者各种不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者的口腔溃疡情况明显少于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用多功能便携式口腔清洁器可明显缩短喉癌患者口腔护理操作时间和总时间,提高患者口腔护理的舒适度和牙齿的清洁度,降低不良反应发生率,预防口腔溃疡。
Objective To discuss the application of multi-function portable oral care device and to analyze its effect on the patient's tooth cleanliness. Methods From March 2017 ～October 2017,168 cases of laryngeal cancer in our hospital were selected,according to the oral care device specifications,they were divided into two groups,the control group used the traditional oral care device for dental care,the study group used the multifunctional portable oral care device for dental care. The nursing preparation time,operation time and total time,oral comfort score,oral cleanliness score,and the incidence of adverse reactions and oral ulcers were compared. Results The nursing preparation time in the study group was longer than the control group,but the nursing operation time and total time were significantly shorter than the control group( P < 0. 05); oral comfort score of the study group was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0. 05); oral cleanliness score of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); the incidence of adverse reaction of study group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); and the incidence of oral ulcers of patients in the study group was significantly less than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The multifunctional portable oral cleaner can shorten the nursing operation time and the total nursing time,improve patient comfort of the oral care and cleanliness of teeth,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and can prevent the oral ulcer.
