摘要

民办教育是民族复兴、社会进步的重要基石,是推动高等教育发展的重要力量。陕西民办高等教育在全国独树一帜,也是陕西高等教育的一张靓丽名片。经过40年的发展,陕西民办高等教育历经恢复起步、快速发展、依法规划和分类管理四个阶段,其主要成就、主要特征和基本经验被业内称为"陕西现象"。今后,陕西民办高等教育将继续不忘初心,抢抓新机遇,再作新贡献。
        Non-governmental education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress, and is an important force for promoting the development of higher education. Shaanxi's non-governmental higher education is unique in the country and is also a beautiful business card for higher education in Shaanxi. After 40 years of development, non-governmental higher education in Shaanxi has experienced four stages of recovery, rapid development, legal planning and classified management, and its main achievements and features, and basic experiences are called as "Shaanxi Phenomenon" in the industry. Non-governmental higher education in Shaanxi will continue to remember the initial intentions, seize new opportunities and make new contributions.
