摘要
本文研究了CuO对白云石烧结性能的影响,结果表明:CuO添加到白云石中,高温烧结时,产生低熔点CaO-CuO液相,促进白云石的烧结。当煅烧温度为1600℃,无CuO添加剂时,制备的镁钙砂体积密度为3.23 g/cm~3,显气孔率为3.4%。当CuO添加量为1.5%时,制备的镁钙砂体积密度提高到3.30 g/cm~3,显气孔率为1.6%。
        in this paper,the effect of CuO on the sintering properties of dolomite was studied. The results show that when CuO is added to dolomite,and high temperature sintering producing low melting point CaO-CuO liquid phase can promote the sintering of dolomite. When the sintering temperature is 1600,and no CuO additive,the volume density of dolomite clinker is 3. 23 g/cm~3,the apparent porosity is 3. 4%. When the amount of CuO is 1. 5%,the volume density of dolomite clinker increase to 3. 30 g/cm~3,the porosity of the dolomite is 1. 6%.
