安庆市城市居民慢性病防治知识水平调查分析

摘要
目的了解安庆市城市居民慢性病防控核心信息知晓率水平,为针对性的开展慢性病健康教育提供依据。方法采取随机抽样方法,抽取安庆市4个区1 440名15~69岁居民为调查对象,进行问卷调查。结果慢性病防控核心信息知晓率中慢性病患病知晓率为23.1%(P<0.01),食盐摄入量知晓率为74.5%(P<0.01),正常体重指数知晓率为62.1%(P<0.01),4个区差异有统计学意义。慢性病患病相关知识知晓率随年龄的增长而升高(P<0.01),正常体重指数范围知晓率15~19岁人群知晓率最高(P<0.05),随文化程度的提高而提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论安庆市4个区慢性病防控核心信息知晓率地区和人群中分布不均衡,应针对性开展慢性病健康教育关注。
Objective To understand the awareness level of the core information about chronic disease prevention and control among urban residents in Anqing city,so as to provide basis for health education of chronic disease. Methods Using random sampling method,the permanent resident population aged 15- 69 years old from 1 440 residents of 4 regions were investigated with questionnaire. Results Awareness rate of knowledge about prevalence of chronic disease was 23.1%,salt intake was 74. 5%,normal BMI was 62. 1%. There was statistically significant difference in awareness rate among four districts( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The distribution of awareness rate of core information about chronic disease prevention and control was imbalance among different people groups and areas. The health education about chronic disease should be carried out.
