摘要
目的了解兰州市城关区社区健康教育工作人员对社区健康教育的认知水平和培训需求。方法 2012年9月以兰州市城关区内所有社区卫生服务机构的健康教育工作人员为调查对象,对其进行问卷调查,内容包括基本情况、健康教育专业知识、培训情况及培训需求。结果 (1)共调查城关区健康教育工作人员261人,其中管理人员136人,业务人员125人。健康教育专业知识总体知晓率为28.74%(1 050/3 654),其中业务人员的总体知晓率高于管理人员〔36.00%(630/1 750)与22.06%(420/1 904),P<0.05〕;男性的知晓率高于女性〔25.96%(189/728)与21.84%(639/2 926),P<0.05〕;大专、本科及以上文化程度者知晓率〔33.43%(351/1 050)和40.28%(406/1 008)〕高于初中及以下、高中/中专/技校文化程度者〔23.98%(47/196)和24.07%(337/1 400),P<0.05〕;社会学专业者知晓率〔47.14%(33/70)〕高于医药类专业、无专业及其他专业者〔24.73%(322/1 302)和16.74%(382/2 282),P<0.05〕;副高级、中级、初级职称者知晓率〔31.17%(48/154)、29.76%(200/672)和28.67%(289/1 008)〕均高于无职称及其他者〔21.55%(368/1 708)和20.54%(23/112),P<0.05〕;专职者知晓率高于兼职者〔24.80%(316/1 274)与21.05%(498/2 366),P<0.05〕。(2)261人中,2010—2012年接受过健康教育方面培训的是156人(59.77%),共参加过532人次的培训,平均每人每年参加培训次数为0.68次。(3)260人(99.62%)认为有必要对健康教育的专业技能进行定期培训,最希望采取的培训方式是课堂教授(73.85%,192/260),最希望的培训时间是1周(40.77%,106/260);243人(93.10%)认为有必要对健康教育专业知识或技能进行进修学习,其中60.91%(148/243)的人希望采取半脱产,55.56%(135/243)的人希望进修时间是1个月。结论兰州市城关区健康教育工作人员对社区健康教育的总体知晓率较低,人员结构不合理,培训和进修需求很大。
        Objective To explore the professional levels and training needs of health education workers in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City. Methods Health education staff in Chengguan District was surveyed by questionnaire in September 2012. The content of the survey included general information,professional level,training status and training needs. Results A total of 261 health education workers were surveyed,with 136 management staff and 125 professional staff. The general awareness rate of health education professional knowledge was 28. 74%( 1 050 /3 654). As concerns the awareness rate of health education professional knowledge,the professional staff was better than the management staff 〔36. 00%( 630 /1 750) vs. 22. 06%( 420 / 1 904),P < 0. 05〕,male were better than female 〔25. 96%( 189 /728) vs. 21. 84%( 639 /2 926),P < 0. 05〕,workers with university degree or college degree 〔33. 43%( 351 /1 050) and 40. 28%( 406 /1 008) 〕were better than workers with secondary school degree or vocational school degree 〔23. 98%( 47 /196) and 24. 07%( 337 /1 400),P < 0. 05〕. Workers majoring in sociology 〔47. 14%( 33 /70) 〕were better than workers majoring in medicine or other majors or workers without a major 〔24. 73%( 322/1 302) and 16. 74%( 382/2 282),P <0. 05〕. Workers with senior vice title,intermediate title or primary title 〔31. 17%( 48 /154),29. 76%( 200 /672) and 28. 67%( 289 /1 008) 〕were better than workers without a title or others 〔21. 55%( 368/1 708),20. 54%( 23/112),P <0. 05〕. Full-time workers were better than part-time workers 〔24. 80%( 316/1 274) vs. 21. 05%( 498/2 366),P <0. 05〕. Among the 261 workers,156( 59. 77%) accepted trainings from 2010 to 2012,and the total person time was 532,with an average person time of 0. 68. 260 workers( 99. 62%) believed that it was necessary to conduct regular training of professional knowledge,and lecture was regarded as the preferred method( 73. 85%,192 /260). The preferred training period was one week( 40. 77%,106 /260). 243 workers( 93. 10%) believed that it was necessary to conduct further study on health education knowledge or techniques,and 60. 91%( 148 /243) preferred partly release from regular work,and 55. 56%( 135 /243) prefer one month of further study. Conclusion The general awareness of health education among health education staff in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City is low,and the personnel structure is imbalanced,thus further training and study is necessary.
