摘要
目的分析原发性肾小球疾病(PG)及继发性肾小球疾病(SG)患者淋细胞亚群及凝血功能差异,为患者的疾病状态评估提供依据。方法依据肾脏穿刺活检病理结果,选择PG组患者64例,SG组患者38例,应用流式细胞仪及凝血仪分别对其进行淋细胞计数、T淋细胞亚群及凝血功能相关指标检测,利用统计学方法分析这些指标在两组间的差异。结果 (1)PG组Ts%高于SG组(P<0.05),而Th细胞计数、Th%、Th/Ts均低于SG组(P<0.05);(2)PG组与SG组相比,PT、PTA、INR、FIB、APTT、TT差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Th细胞数量减少及凝血功能异常可能在原发性肾小球疾病的发生发展过程中可能起到一定作用。
        Objective Analyze the differences of lymphocyte subsets and coagulation function between patients with the primary glomerulopathy(PG) and the secondary glomerulopathy(SG),so to facilitate the evaluation of the patient status. Methods According to the pathological results,the studied patients were divided into the PG group(64 patients) and SG group(38 patients). The lymphocyte number,the T lymphocyte subsets and coagulation functions were tested using the flow cytometry and the automatic coagulation instrument. We then analyzed the differences of the results between the two groups with statistical approach. Results (1) Ts% was higher in PG patients than the SG patients(P < 0.05). Th-cell number,Th%,Th/Ts were lower in PG group than the SG group(P <0.05).(2) There were significant difference with PT, PTA, INR, FIB, APTT,TTresults between two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion The decrease of Th-cell and the coagulation function disorder may have effect on the onset and evolvement process of PG.
