摘要
池州长江公路大桥跨江主桥为(3×48+96+828+280+100)m不对称混合梁双塔斜拉桥,桥塔采用花瓶型钢筋混凝土结构,上塔柱设置6道箱形结构钢横梁。斜拉索采用新型集聚方式锚固在钢横梁中,单个集聚锚钢横梁划分4个块段进行制作和安装,单块最大吊重约75.8t,安装高度为150~230m。采用大型动臂塔吊先安装中间2个块体,再依次安装边端2个块体。集聚锚钢横梁块体落位在塔柱内侧型钢牛腿支撑的桁架式承重结构上,采用三向调位系统进行精确就位形成整体。承重型钢桁架和型钢牛腿采取工厂化加工制作、型式检验、现场标准化组装等措施,确保了结构安全。
        The main river-crossing bridge of Chizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is an asymmetrical hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with spans of 3×48 m,96 m,828 m,280 m,and100 m.The bridge has two pylons,which are vase-shaped reinforced concrete structures,and a number of 6 box-shaped steel cross beams are installed in the upper pylon columns.The stay cables are clustered to anchor to the steel cross beams.A single steel cross beam is divided into four blocks to manufacture and install,the maximum lifting weight of each single block is about 75.8 t,and installed at the height of from 150 to 230 m.The large-scale luffing jib tower crane was used to lift and install the steel cross beams,from the central 2 blocks towards each of the 2 side blocks.The blocks of steel cross beams were lowered to the truss-type bearing structures supported by the section steel brackets installed on the inner side of the pylon columns.The blocks were accurately positioned and assembled to form an integral structure by using the three-dimensional location tuning system.A series of measures were taken to ensure the safety of the steel cross beam installation,including the factory-manufacturing of the load-bearing steel trusses and section steel brackets,type inspection and in-situ standardized assembly.
