中欧结构规范中主要设计指标异同的辨析

摘要
介绍了中国和欧洲结构规范及设计基本原则中,主要设计指标部分的共同点和差异,主要内容包括:设计使用年限、设计基准期、重现期、耐久性、结构重要性等级和质量控制等。指出了使用欧洲规范时应重点注意的问题,为国内结构工程师理解欧洲规范的基本概念和设计原则,应用欧洲规范进行工程设计提供一定的帮助。
This article focuses on the similarities and differences of the basic design parameters in the structural codes of China and Europe. The main contents include: designed service life,design reference period,counting recurrence period,durability,structure importance grade and quality control etc.. This article points out the problems that should be paid attention when using European code,and provides some help for domestic structural engineer to understand the basic concept and design principle of European code and to apply European code to engineering design.
