摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司生产高强集装箱用AS700MC时出现严重内裂纹现象,采取了改进LF脱硫工艺、降低中间包过热度、提高铸机拉速等措施。结果表明,AS700MC内裂问题得到一定程度的缓解,中间裂纹由原来的2.0降低到了1.0以下,中心偏析由原来的B1.0降低到B0.5。
For the problem of severe crack occurred in the AS700 MC high strength container produced by Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., such countermeasures as improving the desulfurization process by LF, increasing the casting speed of a casting machine and reducing the degree of superheat caused by tundish were taken. The production results showed that the problem of emerging cracks was alleviated in some extent, being reflected in that the level of the in-between cracks was reduced to less than Level 1.0 from Level 2.0 and the level of center segregations was reduced to Level B0.5 from Level B1.0.
