Objective To explore the clinical significance of biochemical examination in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were divided into good prognosis group(n=40) and poor prognosis group(n=40),and 40 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group.Biochemical tests were performed and compared. Results Compared with the three groups of LDL,the order from high to low was poor prognosis group, good prognosis group and control group, and there was significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05).The order of blood sugar from high to low was poor prognosis group, good prognosis group and control group, there was significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood lipid, blood glucose can be used as diagnostic indexes of acute cerebral hemorrhage, and the safety is high.
