摘要
为了评价飞机牵引车工作的可靠性、稳定性和精确性,对其关键部件夹持举升机构进行相应的运动学分析十分必要。文中针对一种新型无杆牵引车进行研究,介绍了其功能及创新优势,基于SolidWorks三维模型建立了夹持举升机构的简图,进行了运动学分析与动力学仿真,得出机构的整体自由度和正运动学方程,论证了牵引车夹持举升机构的有效性与可行性。
In order to evaluate the reliability, stability and accuracy of the aircraft tractor, it is necessary to carry out the corresponding kinematic analysis of its key components, namely the clamping and lifting mechanism. This paper studies a new type of rodless tractor, introduces its functions and innovative advantages, establishes a sketch of the clamping and lifting mechanism based on SolidWorks 3 D model, carries out kinematic analysis and dynamic simulation, obtains the overall freedom and positive kinematic equations of the mechanism, and demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the clamping and lifting mechanism of the tractor.
