非霍奇金淋巴瘤并发单核细胞增多性李斯特菌感染1例并文献复习

摘要
<正>产单核细胞李斯特菌(LM)是一种较罕见的病原体,常经食物传播,人摄入后引发感染,称为李斯特菌病。李斯特菌感染多发生于新生儿、老年人、肿瘤患者等免疫低下人群,临床表现多样,包括发热、嗜睡、呕吐、腹泻等症状,感染后病死率可高达30%[1],故及时做细菌学检查以指导治疗尤为重要。本研究对1例复发难治的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者LM感染的临床病例资料进行分析,并进行文献复习,旨在加强临床对该病的认识和重视,以便提高诊断治疗该病的能
