摘要
针对传统振动理条机存在的人为因素影响大、单机不连续、技术要求高等问题,文章在传统理条机自动化改造的基础上,研发了投料、输送等配套装备,并利用PLC可编程控制技术,组建控制系统,输入控制参数,以多台联动的形式,实现针形名茶理条工序的连续化自动化作业。研发的连续自动化理条机组,投叶量差异率低于4.5%,台时产量提高14.3%,可无人操作,加工的成品茶条索更紧细直、色泽更绿、滋味更鲜醇,不仅稳定了茶叶品质、提高了理条效率,还显著降低人工成本。
        In view of problems caused by traditional vibrating shaping machine like significantly influenced by human factors, discontinuous single machine, and high technology requirements, this article focused on developing feeding and delivery equipment by optimizing traditional shaping machine and using PLC programmable control technology to set up the control system. By inputting the control parameters, multiple linking, the continuous and automatic shaping operating was achieved. This newly-developed unit had several merits, such as less than 4.5% of the feeding difference rate, a 14.3% increase of single machine output, unmanned operation, more tight,greener and mellower tea product, which stabilized the tea quality, raised the shaping efficiency, as well as reduced labor cost.
