构建区域医疗联合体的实践经验及关键问题分析

摘要
医疗联合体在调整和优化医疗资源布局、提高区域医疗服务体系整体效能方面,发挥了重要作用,成为推进分级诊疗制度建设的主要载体。医院因地制宜、积极探索适合医院发展特色的医联体建设之路。历经近3年的建设发展,从中取得了一些经验,"基层首诊、双向转诊、资源配置、优势互补"等作用得到很大程度地体现,同时遇到一些问题。该研究拟介绍该院构建区域医联体的实践成果及相关问题,提出改进建议,为进一步探索和发展区域医联体建设奠定基础。
The medical consortium has played an important role in adjusting and optimizing the layout of medical resources and improving the overall effectiveness of the regional medical service system, and has become the main carrier for promoting the construction of graded diagnosis and treatment systems. The hospital adapts to local conditions and actively explores the path of medical association construction that is suitable for the development of hospitals. After nearly three years of construction and development, some experience has been gained from it. The role of "primary diagnosis, two-way referral,resource allocation, and complementary advantages" has been reflected to a large extent, and some problems have been encountered. The author intends to introduce the practical achievements and related problems in the construction of regional medical associations in our hospital, and put forward suggestions for improvement, laying the foundation for further exploration and development of regional medical associations.
