摘要
为了选育推广芳香油料树种互叶白千层(Melaleuca alternifolia)优良品种,研究了不同激素及浓度、浸泡时间、扦插基质、扦插季节和插穗粗度对互叶白千层生根率影响,筛选各因素水平的最佳组合。结果表明:激素种类及浓度对扦插生根影响差异极显著,适宜互叶白千层插穗生根的最佳激素水平为0.8 mg/mL ABT溶液。筛选出最佳的扦插组合为:插穗粗度为0.15 cm,浸泡时间为12 h,扦插季节为冬季,扦插基质为红心土。
        To select and promote the improved varieties of aromatic oil tree Melaleuca alternifolia, the effect of different hormones and concentrations, soak time, cutting matrix, cutting season and cuttings diameter onrooting rate of M. alternifolia was studied. And the best level combination of each factor was screened. Theresults showed that the effect of hormone type and concentration on the rooting was significant different. 0.8 mg/m L ABT was the best for the rooting of M. alternifolia. And the best combination for cutting was that cuttingdiameter was 0.15 cm, the soaking time was 12 hours, the cutting season was in winter, and the matrix was red soil.
