动力链视域下功能性训练方法与传统体能训练方法的比较

摘要
从动力链的视角比较功能性训练与传统体能训练方法。传统体能训练方法依据起止点解剖学,主要在"相对稳定状态"下训练,负荷强度与负荷量度的外在数据较大;功能性训练依据功能解剖学,在"相对不稳定状态"下训练,负荷强度与负荷量度内在数据较大,注重核心训练。功能性训练参与完成竞技动作动力链较传统体能训练方法更接近竞技动作真实状态,实际负荷强度与负荷量度能够满足训练要求。
        Functional training method is compared with the traditional physical training method from the dynamic chain perspective, and it is believed that traditional physical training is based on load-point anatomy, mainly under the "relatively stable status" training, with larger external data of load intensity and load measurement; Functional training is on the basis of functional anatomy, under the "relative instability" training, with larger internal load intensity and load measurement data, and emphasizes core training. Therefore, functional training in competitive action power chain than traditional physical training method is closer to the real state athletic movement, the actual load intensity and load measurement can meet the training requirements.
