基于AGIL模型的群众性体育赛事运作系统分析及发展策略研究

摘要
群众性体育赛事作为群众体育事业发展的重要载体,在整个体育产业布局中变得越来越重要。在取消群众性体育赛事审批权的背景下,以群众性体育赛事运作系统为研究对象,运用帕森斯AGIL模型对该系统进行分析,从适应、目标达成、整合、潜在模式维持四个功能出发,通过理论模型与现实系统的结合研究,提出了优化政府招标机制、建立目标层级体系、细化组分权责职能、创新培育制度文化等发展策略,以期实现系统的平衡发展。
As an important carrier of the development of mass sport, mass sport events are becoming more and more important in the layout of the whole sports industry. Against the background of canceling the right to approve mass sport events, this paper takes the mass sports event operation system as the research object, using Parsons' AGIL model to analyze. From the four functions of adaptation, goal attainment, integration and potential pattern maintenance, through the combination of theoretical model and realistic system, this paper puts forward some development strategies, such as optimizing the government bidding mechanism, establishing the target hierarchy system, refining the component rights and responsibilities, and innovating and cultivating the system culture, in order to achieve a balanced development of the system.
