动物疫病防治宣传“五步工作法”及其应用

摘要
宣传干预是风险交流的一项任务,在动物疫病防治过程中起重要作用。现以包虫病宣传干预为例,提出宣传干预研究"五步工作法",即"预调研-基线调查-宣传材料制作-知识传播-终点调查和效果评估"。根据目标受众特征,设计针对性宣传内容,选取宣传媒介,从而使宣传工作有了系统设计,提高了宣传效率。
Publicity and intervention for animal disease prevention is a task of risk communication,and plays an important role in animal disease prevention and control. According to the work experiences in recent years,taking the publicity and intervention of Echinococcosis as an example,"five-step process"method was put forward and introduced,which actually was"precious investigation-baseline investigation-production of publicity materialsknowledge dissemination-end point investigation and effect evaluation". With a view to the characteristics of target audiences,the publicity contents and media were targetedly designed and selected,the publicity work for Echinococcosis was systematically conducted,and the publicity efficiency was enhanced.
