选煤与装车生产系统工控网络的融合优化改进

摘要
洗选系统与装车系统原属两个独立系统单元,其工控网络各自独立运行。现洗选系统与装车系统要一体化运营管理,但工控网络系统没有融合在一起,相互生产信息无法监测、无法共享,现场安全管理存在较大漏洞。通过选煤与装车生产系统工控网络的融合优化改进,实现选煤厂对装车系统的统一调度指挥,实时监测装车情况,提高装车效率,实现装配煤种的双重监督和特殊情况下混装配煤密码保护管理,防止误装配煤,实时掌握装车系统设备运行情况,真正将装车系统停送电工作纳入厂部统一管理,提高了装车系统日常生产与检修的安全可靠性。
        Washing system and loading system are two independent systems, and their industrial control networks operate independently. At present, the washing system and loading system are unified management, but the industrial control network system is not integrated, production information cannot be shared, and site safety management is difficult. Through the integration optimization and improvement of industrial control network of coal preparation and loading production system, the unified dispatching and command of loading system in coal preparation plant can be realized, the loading situation can be monitored in real time, the double supervision of coal loading and blending can be realized, the running situation of equipment in loading system can be grasped in real time, and the safety and reliability of daily production and maintenance of loading system can be improved.
