摘要

旅游智慧化背景下,在高职教育校企合作培养的前提下,通过分析培养目标、精准化定位、精细化培养,建立矩阵式精细化人才培养机制。
        A matrix refined talent cultivation mode was proposed in the paper below through an analysis of cultivation goals,precision orientation and refined cultivation on the basis of the cooperation between higher vocational schools and relevant enterprises in the context of smart tourism.
