井下水仓全风压独立通风技术的研究与实践

摘要
随着矿井开采深度的增加,很多矿井逐渐变成高瓦斯矿井或者突出矿井,瓦斯等有毒有害气体的溢出量逐渐增加,而传统的设计理念未考虑水仓的独立通风问题,为水仓的检查、清污、管理等工作的安全带来了一定的安全隐患。本文以山西某矿5号煤层2采区水泵房、吸(配)水、水仓等构造物的基本构筑情况为基础,通过在水井与水仓之间布置通风通道,实现了水仓的独立通风,杜绝了水仓顶部有毒有害气体聚集,解决了水仓检修、清淤等工作环节中的通风问题,本工作实践具有一定的推广及借鉴价值。
        With the increase of mining depth, many mines gradually become high gas mines or outburst mines, gas and other toxic and harmful gas spillover gradually increased, while the traditional design concept does not consider the independent ventilation of water silos, for the inspection of water silos, pollution removal, management and other work safety has brought certain security. All the hidden dangers. Based on the basic construction of pumping house, suction(distribution) water, water silo and other structures in No.5 coal seam 2 mining area of a mine in Shanxi Province, the independent ventilation of water silo was realized by arranging ventilation passage between water well and water silo, and the accumulation of toxic and harmful gas at the top of water silo was prevented, and the work links of water silo maintenance and dredging were solved. The practice of ventilation has certain promotion and reference value.
