摘要
说明了在完井作业中与井筒完整性及井筒屏障有关的要求与标准。本项作业起始于该井已打完进尺钻达设计井深和测井完毕;结束于采油树已安装到位、井筒屏障已测试完毕而要交井给采油部门之时。主要讲述用井筒屏障组件建立井筒屏障以保证完井作业在安全状态,给出了4个典型的完井作业图解来说明井筒屏障组件的功能和结构组成及其验收标准;讲述了完井作业管柱功能与各种生产方式下的结构、完井管柱设计,套管载荷和套管设计及其假设,以及完井作业中井控活动及其程序;在附录中列举了完井管柱、套管、水泥环三个主要的屏障组件验收表。
        The requirements and standards pertaining to wellbore integrity and wellbore barrier in the process of well completion were illustrated. Well completion operation commences after the well is drilled to the designed well depth and logged, and ends when the Christmas tree is installed, wellbore barrier is tested and the well is handed over to the oil production department. The establishment of well barrier by using well barrier elements to ensure the safety of well completion was described. Then, the function, structural elements and acceptance criteria of well barrier were explained based on 4 typical well completion graphs. Finally, the function of completion string and its structure and design in different production modes were expounded, and the casing load & casing design and its assumptions and the well control activity in the process of well completion and its procedure were described. In addition, the acceptance forms of 3 main barrier elements(i.e., completion string, casing and cement sheath) were listed in the appendix.
