摘要
气藏在开发过程中,随着气体产出,地层压力会不断下降,气井产能也会逐渐降低。当气井产量降低到某一值时,气体将不能够将液体从井筒中带出,导致液体在井筒中累积,造成积液,积液的存在会改变气井井筒压力梯度分布。本文提供了一种利用测压资料快速求取判断液面位置的方法 ,通过确定测压资料中的压力梯度突变点,利用突变点前后气液混合段和纯液段压力梯度以及纯气段末端测点深度和纯液段起始测点深度,便可快速计算出井筒中的液面深度。现场应用20口井,统计表明该方法与实测结果平均误差仅为1.33%,可为准确计算井筒积液量,确定泡排、气举等工艺参数选择提供依据,达到高效、长效开发气田的目的 。
        In the process of gas reservoir development,formation pressure will drop continuously and gas well productivity will decrease gradually along with gas production.When the production of gas wells reduces to a certain value,the gas will not be able to take the liquid out from the wellbore,which results in the accumulation of liquid in the wellbore.The existence of liquid loading will change the pressure gradient distribution in gas wellbore.A method of rapid determination of the liquid level position based on pressure data was pro-posed.The break point of pressure gradient in the pressure data is a key factor.Using the pressure gradient at gas-liquid mixing section and pure liquid section before and after the break point,as well as the depth of measured point at the end of pure gas section and the depth of initial measured point at pure liquid sec-tion,the liquid level depth in the wellbore can be quickly calculated.This method avoids the complex ex-ploratory multi-testing near the liquid level depth by the measuring method and inapplicability of the draw-ings method in the field.Statistical results of 20 wells show that the average error between the method and the measured results is only 1.33%.It can provide a basis for accurate calculation of wellbore liquid volume,determination of foam drainage,gas lift and other process parameters,and achieve the goal of efficient and long-term development of gas fields.
