美国“亚太再平衡”战略的实质及其对中美关系的影响

摘要
"亚太再平衡"战略是奥巴马政府对美国重返亚太战略的进一步充实。美国希望将海外战略的天平向亚太地区特别是中国倾斜,其实质就是为了遏制正在崛起的中国。美国"亚太再平衡"战略对中美关系产生了很大的负面影响,相关研究者虽然对此各执一词,但基本上都洞悉了美国的战略企图。
