摘要
目的:统计分析本实验室6年间SD大鼠的亚慢性经口毒性试验的主要相关数据,建立参考值。方法:统计SD大鼠实验前后血生化、血常规、尿常规、每周体重和每周进食量数据的平均值、标准差或百分比。结果:在本实验室条件下,雄性大鼠的摄食量随着体重的增长而增长,雌性大鼠体重不断增长,但摄食量并未出现较大增长。血生化、血常规指标和大鼠性别关系不大,实验前后略有差异。尿常规各指标中除PRO雌雄差异明显外,其他指标雌雄无明显差异,阴性率均大于60%。
        Objective Order the main related data of subchronic oral toxicity test on SD rats of the laboratory in 6 years,to establish reference values.Methods Count the average value,standard deviation or percentage of biochemical,blood routine,urine routine,weekly weight and weekly intake data on SD rats before and after the test.Reasults In this experiment condition,the intake data of male rats was increased with the increase of weight,the female rats's weight was increased,but the intake data was not increased quickly.Biochemical,blood routine indexes were not in relation to rat sex,they were a bit different before and after the test.Urine routine indexes were not in relation to rat sex except the the urinary protein index,negative rates were greater than 60%.
