摘要
介绍245/75R16 SUV子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径772 mm,断面宽255 mm,行驶面宽度176. 4mm,行驶面弧度高9. 17mm,胎圈着合直径404. 7mm,胎圈着合宽度203. 2mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1. 01,胎面采用4条不等宽纵沟设计,花纹深度9. 0 mm,花纹饱和度65. 81%,花纹周节数57。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,带束层采用3×0. 30HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1440dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布,采用一次法成型机成型、双模液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久和低气压耐久性能及高速性能符合相应国家标准要求。
        The design on 245/75 R16 SUV radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 772 mm,cross-sectional width 255 mm,width of running surface176. 4 mm,arc height of running surface 9. 17 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404. 7 mm,bead width at rim seat 203. 2 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H_1/H_2) 1. 01,four longitudinal grooves with different width for tread design,pattern depth 9. 0 mm,block/total ratio 65. 81%,and number of pattern pitches 57. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-formula and four-piece structure for tread,3×0. 30 HT steel cord for belt,2 layers of 1440 dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tire,and double mold hydraulic press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead unseating resistance,endurance,low inflation pressure endurance and high speed performance of the tire met the requirements of national standards.
