气相分子吸收光谱法同步测定水中的氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮

摘要
测定水中NH_3-N和亚硝酸盐氮一般都采用分光光度法,操作步骤复杂,干扰因素多。当同一样品需要分析NH_3-N和亚硝酸盐氮两个项目时,使用气相分子吸收光谱法操作简单,可直接自动进样,同步测定水中NH_3-N和亚硝酸盐氮。实验证明,此方法同步测定实际样品中NH_3-N和亚硝酸盐氮含量,灵敏度高、检出限低、准确度高、精密度好。
        The determination of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water is usually carried out by spectrophotometry.The operation steps are complicated and there are many interfering factors.When two items of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen need to be analyzed in the same sample,the gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry is easy to operate and can be directly and automatically sampled for simultaneous determination of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water.The experimental results showed that the method has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,high accuracy and good precision.
