摘要
针对重庆地铁四号线4.5%的大坡道牵引要求,重新对JC-2B型轨道检测车进行可靠性设计,包括可靠性分配以及子系统的分解。JC-2B轨道检测车的可靠性可用整车的可靠度、故障率和平均故障间隔时间来进行评估,本次计算以平均故障间隔时间来进行。通过计算证明,JC-2B轨道检测车可以保证在正常维护过程中运行里程为4万km不发生紧急故障的结论。
In view of the 4.5% large ramp traction requirements of Chongqing metro line 4, the reliability design of the JC-2B track detection vehicle is redone, including reliability distribution and subsystem decomposition. The reliability of the JC-2B vehicle can be assessed by the reliability, failure rate, and average fault interval of the vehicle. This calculation is conducted at average fault interval time. Through calculation, it is proved that the operating mileage of 40,000 km in normal maintenance is without emergency failure.
