基于激光温度传感器的食品变质检测预警系统设计

摘要
为了提高食品变质检测预警检测的稳定性和智能性,提出一种基于激光温度传感信息识别的大型食品变质检测预警系统设计方法。进行食品变质检测预警系统的总体设计描述和功能模块化分析,系统设计包括了食品变质激光温度传感信息采集模块、食品变质信息处理模块和人机交互模块,采用嵌入式ARM和Linux内核进行食品变质检测预警系统的底层模块设计。设计食品变质检测算法,采用谱特征提取方法进行激光温度传感器输出信号的谱密度特征提取。基于激光温度传感信息识别技术进行食品变质激光温度传感信息采集设计,在VIX总线协议下进行激光温度传感信息集成处理和交叉编译控制,实现食品变质检测预警系统设计。测试结果表明,该食品变质检测预警系统进行海量食品变质检测的实时性较好,检测的可靠性较好,系统运行的智能性较好。
        In order to improve the stability and intelligence of food spoilage detection,a design method of largescale food deterioration detection and warning system based on laser temperature sensing information recognition is proposed. The general design description and function modularization analysis of the food deterioration detection and warning system are carried out. The system design includes the food deterioration laser temperature sensing information collection module,the food deterioration information processing module and the man-machine interaction module. The embedded arm and Linux kernel are used to design the bottom module of the food deterioration detection and warning system,and the laser temperature sensing information collection design based on the laser temperature sensing information recognition technology. Based on the technology of laser temperature sensing information identification,the design of food metamorphic laser temperature sensing information collection design,the integrated processing of laser temperature sensing information and cross-compilation control under the VIX bus protocol,the design of food deterioration detection and warning system is realized. The test results show that the real-time,reliability and intelligence of the system for mass food spoilage detection are better.
