微柱凝胶法在临床输血相容性检测中应用探讨

摘要
目的探讨微柱凝胶法(MGT)在临床输血相容性检测中的应用价值。方法选取500例病人标本同时做ABO血型、Rh(D)血型鉴定以及不规则抗体检测,并与手工方法进行比对。结果 500例患者ABO血型相符率98%,Rh(D)血型鉴定以及不规则抗体检测相符率100%。结论微柱凝胶法(MGT)操作简单、灵敏度高、结果稳定;微柱凝胶法(MGT)可以有效替代之前的IgM、IgG手工检测方法,是输血科开展输血相容性检测试验的首选方法。
Objective: Explore the value of microcolumn gel(MGT) in clinical transfusion compatibility testing.Methods: 500 patient specimens to test ABO blood type,Rh(D) as well as irregular antibody detection,then compared with manual methods.Results: among 500 patients with ABO blood type with the match rate of 98%,Rh(D) blood grouping and irregular antibody detection 100%.Conclusions: with microcolumn gel(MGT),the technical operation is simple,sensitivity high,and results stable;the microcolumn gel(MGT) can be an effective alternative for IgM,IgG handmade detection methods,and a preferred method for transfusion department to carry out a blood transfusion compatibility testing.
