摘要
对推进式搅拌器桨叶根部断裂实例进行了分析,结果表明桨叶的断裂是由于搅拌介质的阻力作用于桨叶上,在桨叶根部形成弯曲应力,并且该弯曲应力存在周期性变化,最终使桨叶在交变弯曲应力的作用下发生疲劳断裂。增加桨叶根部的抗弯截面模量以及减小应力集中都可以有效地防止桨叶的疲劳断裂。
In this paper,the analysis of a practical example that a propeller agitator was ruptured at blade root was carried out. It was shown that the cause of rupture is due to the fact that the resistant force from agitated fluid acted on the blades and made moment stress,which changed direction periodically,form at blade root,and finally the blades ruptured under the fatigue.Thus,it can efficiently prevent fatigue rupture occurred at blade root to in crease the section modulus of the blades or to decrease the stress concentration on blade root.
