摘要
智能家用扫地机器人给人们生活带来很大的便利,具有广阔的市场和应用前景。根据扫地机器人的工作原理,采用轮式结构设计了行走机构,并构建了底盘结构。详细阐述了关键零件的PRO/E建模过程,并运用3D打印技术制作了扫地机器人样机,最后通过反复调试,结果表明该扫地机器人能够完成清扫任务,吸尘效果良好。
Smart home sweeping robots bring great convenience to people's lives and have broad market and application prospects. According to the working principle of the sweeping robot, the walking mechanism is designed by using the wheel structure, and the chassis structure is constructed accordingly. In this paper, the PRO/E modeling process of key parts is elaborated, and the sweeping robot prototype is made by 3 D printing technology. Finally, through repeated debugging, the results show that the sweeping robot is able to complete the cleaning task and the vacuuming effect is good.
