摘要
研究了老化时间对EPDM/FKM共混胶力学性能和交联密度的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,共混胶拉伸强度上升,拉断伸长率下降,硬度变大;共混胶中EPDM相交联密度呈线性增大,FKM相交联密度先快速增大后缓慢增大;TMTD/S用量对FKM相交联密度基本无影响;共混胶总交联密度不断增大,老化时间对交联密度的影响大于TMTD/S用量对交联密度的影响。
        Effect of aging time on machanical properties and crosslinking density of EPDM/FKM blends was researched.The results showed that the tensile strength of the blends was increased during the aging time,the elongation at break was decreased,the hardness was increased.EPDM crosslinking density of the blends increased linearly,FKM crosslinking density first increased fast and then increased slowly.Effect of TMTD/S dosage on FKM crosslinking density was little.The total crosslinking density of the blends gradually increased,the effect of aging time on crosslinking density was bigger than that of amount of TMTD/S on crosslinking density.
