摘要
介绍了国内外主要的用于化学品储运的滚塑级交联聚乙烯材料的加工及性能特点,重点对比了交联聚乙烯(PE-XL)和普通聚乙烯的分子构性、耐化学腐蚀性、耐高温性、力学性能和综合使用性能。对PE-XL化学品储运容器的应用现状进行了阐述,并对滚塑加工PE-XL化学品储运容器未来的发展提出了展望。
        This paper overviewed the processing and performance characteristics of crosslinked polyethylene(PE)for rotational molding applications for chemical storage and transportation in domestic and abroad markets.A comparative introduction between the crosslinked PE and normal PE was proposed by focusing on the molecule structure,chemical resistance,high temperature resistance,mechanical properties and comprehensive service performance.Moreover,the application status of crosslinked PE in chemical storage and transportation containers was introduced,and the future development of the crosslinked PE used for transportation and storage containers was prospected.
