摘要
针对环氧树脂滤砂管韧性差、易老化、制造工艺中存在环境污染等问题,以偏高岭土、粉煤灰、黏土、水玻璃、矿渣、石英砂、造孔剂等为原料制备新型地质聚合物滤砂管。研究了原料加量和水热处理方式对新型地质聚合物滤砂管抗压强度的影响,考察了其耐腐蚀性。结果表明,在水玻璃和矿渣质量比为0.30、含砂量为70%、造孔剂锌粉(粒径200目)加量1.6%的条件下制备的新型地质聚合物滤砂管样件克服了原滤砂管制造工艺的不足,抗压强度可达10 MPa,渗透率可达12μm~2。水热处理基本不影响滤砂管的渗透性,但可使其抗压强度增至13.75 MPa,满足防砂工艺的需求。滤砂管具有良好的耐碱、油、盐水侵蚀的性能,可有效延长防砂有效期,但不耐盐酸腐蚀,在应用时应进行先期处理。表5参15
        In view of bad toughness,easy ageing and environmental pollution of expoxy resin screen,a new kind of geo-polymer sand screen was prepared by using metakaolin,fly ash,clay,water glass,slag,sand and pore-forming agent as main raw materials. The influence of raw material addition and hydrothermal treatment on the compressive strength of geo-polymer screen,and the corrosion resistance of geo-polymer screen were studied. The results showed that under the condition of 0.30 mass ratio of water glass to slag,70% sand content and 1.6% addition of pore-forming agent zinc powder(particle size 200 mesh),the new type of geo-polymer sand screen sample overcame the shortcomings of original screens' manufacturing process. The compressive strength of geo-polymer sand screen was about 10 MPa,and the permeability was 12 μm2. Hydrothermal treatment had little effect on the permeability of geo-polymer sand screen,but it could increase the compressive strength to 13.75 MPa,which met the needs of sand control technology. Geo-polymer sand screen had good corrosion resistance to alkali,oil and brine. It could effectively prolong the validity of sand control. But it was not resistant to the corrosion of hydrochloric acid,hence,it should be treated in advance when applied.
