摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC的盾构隧道壁后注浆自动检测设备,该设备能够控制检测天线按设定的弧形轨迹对隧道进行精确扫描。介绍了设备的组成、控制系统硬件和程序设计。应用效果显示,本设备能够及时发现注浆缺陷,提高检测的实时性,有效提高隧道施工安全。
        An auto-detecting device of Grouting Behind Shield Tunnel Segment is introduced in this paper. The deviceis designed based on PLC, and can control the detecting antenna to scan tunnel segment along a pre-setting path. Devicecomposition,design of hardware and program are introduced. As applied in shield tunnel construction sites, results show that the devicecan detect unqualified grouting in time, and improve construction safety.
