新形势下我国苹果产业的发展定位与趋势

摘要
基于我国苹果产业面临的新形势,明确了苹果产业的基本定位:一是苹果实现足量供应,满足了人民生活需求;二是阶段性供过于求和结构性供不应求并存;三是苹果新旧动能转换还需要较长时间。提出了新形势下苹果产业的发展趋势,即产业布局进一步优化,巩固优势区,强化特色区;强化果业科技创新;进一步鼓励工商资本和企业进入苹果产业;挖掘苹果资源,拓展果业功能,推动一二三产业融合与发展;加大物联网、大数据和人工智能等新技术在苹果产业中的研究与应用;支持产业引智、引才、引资,以开放的心态推动苹果产业的健康发展;立足国际国内两个市场,通过市场引导生产,通过生产创造市场,创造消费,引导消费。
Based on the analysis of the new situation in China's apple industry, the basic orientation of the apple industry has been definited. Firstly, apple has achieved sufficient supply and satisfied the people's life needs. Secondly, phased supply exceeds demand and structural demand exceeds supply are coexistence. Thirdly, there will be a long time for replacing old growth drivers with new ones in apple industry. The development trend of the apple industry under the new situation were proposed. That is, the industrial distribution should be further optimized, dominant production area should be consolidated, the featured production area should be strengthened; the scientific and technological innovation of the fruit industry should be enhanced; the industrial capital and enterprises should be further encouraged to invest the apple industry; the apples resources should be excavated and the functions of fruit industry should be expanded to promote the first, second and third industries integration; the research and application of new technologies such as the EPC system network, big data and artificial intelligence should be strengthened in the apple industry; introducing wisdom, attracting talents and investment in apple industry should be supported to promote the healthy development of apple industry with an open mind. Based on the international and domestic markets, apple industry should be carried out with market orientation. The market and consumption should be created and the apple consumption should be guided in the market.
