贵州发展大数据产业的思考

摘要
大数据产业被称为是当今全球最有前途的产业之一,许多国家和地区都在大力实施大数据战略。同样的,贵州省正举全省之力发展大数据产业。因此,它从大数据产业发展的视角,从技术资源、人才、环境、政策支持等几个方面论述了影响贵州大数据产业发展的条件,并通过对贵州现有条件的分析,从人才培养、提高技术底蕴、创造环境、培育本土企业、寻找需求等方面提出了加快贵州发展大数据产业的几点建议。
Recently Big Data Industry is considered as one of the most promising industries, and many countries and regions are vigorously implement the strategies of big data. In the meanwhile, Guizhou government makes every effort to develop big data industry. In this way, it will discuss the possible development of Guizhou Big Data Industry under the influences of local technology assets, senior talent, environment, policy support and so on. It will also analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Big Data Industry in Guizhou province, some suggestions will be proposed to improve this industry, such as personnel nurturing and training, technology and technique improving, environment conditions creating, homegrown enterprises nurturing, and source of demand seeking.
