摘要

通过对2001—2016年皖北地区五市的面板数据的研究发现,皖北地区投资未能完全发挥其对优化产业结构、促进经济结构调整的显著正向作用。要实现地区经济结构调整、促进经济高效持续健康发展,就要在做好产业结构优化的同时,关注投资结构的合理化、加大技术研发投入,以及促进城镇化的有序推进和服务型政府的建设。
        Through the study of panel data of five cities in northern Anhui from 2001 to 2016,it is found that investment in northern Anhui has not fully played a positive role in optimizing the industrial structure and promoting the adjustment of economic structure. In order to realize the readjustment of the regional economic structure and promote the efficient,sustainable and healthy development of the economy,we must,while optimizing the industrial structure,pay attention to the rationalization of the investment structure and increase the investment in technological research and development. And promote the orderly promotion of urbanization and the construction of a service-oriented government.
