以服务区域经济发展为导向的高职院校专业设置困境与出路

摘要
高职院校与区域经济发展关系密切,高职院校专业设置理念存在误区,人才培养方案落后;政府的专业设置投入不足,专业结构亟待调整;市场人才需求不够明确,专业设置缺乏导向。为更好地服务区域经济发展,高职院校在专业设置过程中,还要树立科学专业设置理念,更新人才培养方案;完善高职教育专业投入机制,优化专业结构动态调整机制;科学预测市场需求,为专业设置提供指导。
Higher vocational colleges are closely related to regional economic development. There are some misunderstandings in the professional setting concept in higher vocational colleges, like the backward talent training program, insufficient professional setting on the part government, professional structure needs to be adjusted, unclear market talent demands, and undirected professional setup. In order to better serve regional economic development, higher vocational colleges should take the following measures: establishing the scientific professional setting concept and updating the talent training program; improving the professional investment mechanism of higher vocational education and optimizing the dynamic adjustment mechanism of professional structure; scientifically predicting the market demand and providing guidance for professional settings.
