黑龙江省林下中草药产业链构建及利益分配机制

摘要
依据黑龙江省林下中草药产业的现状,提出了黑龙江省林下中草药产业链构建的基本原则,从理论上构建了林下中草药产业链模型;对黑龙江省林下中草药产业链构建的基本层次(战略层次、结构层次、价值层次)进行了系统分析,形成了黑龙江省林下中草药产业链构建的蛛网结构路径。依据黑龙江省林下中草药产业链上游与中游、中游与下游的主体博弈行为,提出了黑龙江省林下中草药产业链利益分配机制的基本原则;应用Shapley值法,建立了黑龙江省林下中草药产业链利益分配的基本框架,确定了黑龙江省林下中草药产业链的利益分配比例。
For the present situation of the understory Chinese medicinal herb industry in Heilongjiang Province,we proposed basic principles for the construction of the understory Chinese medicinal herb industrial chain in Heilongjiang Province and established the model of the understory Chinese medicinal herb industrial chain at the theoretical level. We further conducted systematic analysis on the basic levels(the strategic level,the structural level and the level of value) of the construction of the industrial chain in question in Heilongjiang Province,thus forming the web structure and the paths for the construction of the understory Chinese medicinal herb industrial chain in Heilongjiang Province. According to the gaming behavior between the upstream and midstream subjects as well as the midstream and downstream subjects of such an industrial chain,we pointed out basic principles under the profit distribution mechanism of the industrial chain of understory Chinese medicinal herbs in Heilongjiang Province. By Shapley value,we also established the basic framework of the distribution of profits in the industrial chain of understory Chinese medicinal herbs in Heilongjiang Province,and determined the proportion of profits distribution therein.
