基于产业分工视角的产业集群升级影响因素研究——基于陶瓷产业集群的调研

摘要
文章基于产业分工的视角对产业集群升级的影响因素进行了较为深入地梳理和诊断,认为集群创新网络的形成与发展、社会资本的建立,以及产业根植性的演化都是产业分工和演化的结果。基于此,文章构建了集群创新网络、社会资本、集群根植性与产业集群升级的概念模型,并通过集群调研数据检验了概念模型的合理性和有效性。通过对347份陶瓷企业和相关组织的问卷调查数据进行分析,研究结果表明:产业集群创新网络的联系强度和异质性正向影响集群升级;集群社会资本对产业集群升级的正向影响得到了部分支持,即集群的纵向社会资本正向影响产业集群升级,而集群的横向社会资本对产业集群升级的正向影响则不显著;集群的根植性正向影响产业集群升级。
Based on the perspective of industrial division of labor,this paper deeply combs and diagnoses the influencing factors of industrial cluster upgrading,and concludes that the formation and development of cluster innovation network,the establishment of social capital and the evolution of industrial embeddedness are the result of industrial division and evolution.Based on this,the study develops a conceptual model of industrial cluster upgrading which including innovation network,social capital,and cluster embeddedness,and validates the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model by analyzing the survey data.Through the analysis the questionnaire survey data of 347 ceramic enterprises and organizations,the results show that:Both the relationship strength and heterogeneity of industrial cluster innovation network have a positive effect on cluster upgrading; Some support is obtained from the effect of industrial clusters' social capital on upgrading,in other words,the longitudinal social capital of clusters has a significant positive effect on cluster upgrading,but the lateral social capital of cluster has no significant effect on industrial cluster upgrading; The embeddedness of cluster also has a positive effect on cluster upgrading.
