腹腔镜联合中药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床效果

摘要
目的:腹腔镜与中药联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年7月-2017年7月收治的92例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者临床资料,按不同治疗方式分为研究组(n=50)与对照组(n=42)。对照组行常规腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组行腹腔镜手术与中药联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组总治疗有效率为96.00%,与对照组比较无显著差异(P> 0.05),而研究组治疗后6个月内的正常妊娠率为90.00%,显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术与中药联合运用治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症可有效改善并保持患者输卵管通畅,从根本上提高患者的妊娠能力。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. Methods: The clinical data of 92 patients with tubal obstruction infertility who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were divided into the study group(n=50) and the control group(n=42) according to different treatment methods. The control group underwent conventional laparoscopic surgery. The study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%, compared with the control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05), but the normal pregnancy rate within 6 months of the study group was 90.00%, which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine could effectively improve and maintain the patient's tubal patency and fundamentally improve the patient's ability to pregnancy in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility.
