孙维峰诊治产后风湿病经验拾萃

摘要
产后风湿病是指妇女产后或人工流产、妇科手术创伤后气血虚弱,外感风寒湿邪,瘀血留滞所致肢体或关节疼痛、筋脉拘挛的一种疾病,出现遍身疼痛,痛无定处等症状,临床上多迁延难愈,给产后风湿女性造成极大的痛苦。广州军区总医院中医科主任孙维峰教授,仁心仁术30余载,经验丰富,匠心独运,在产后风湿病治疗方面具有很深造诣,临床疗效显著。孙师将产后100 d内、产后6个月内、产后6个月以上的患者分别归为产后风湿早期、中期、后期,认为早期以体虚邪侵为主,中期为湿邪困着,后期重在肝气郁结。孙师治疗产后风湿重祛风湿止痹痛,兼益肝肾补气血,根据早、中、后期发病特点予以分期辨证论治,分别以补正虚、祛湿邪、疏肝气为要。
Postpartum rheumatism is the disease that brings arthralgia,tendon and vessel spasm which is caused by deficiency of Qi and blood,invasion of exogenous pathogenic wind,cold and dampness and stagnation of blood when women after abortion,surgical trauma and in postpartum. The symptom is always with general aching,and the treatment is just to transfer not cure the ache. Professor Sun Weifeng,director of traditional Chinese medicine department,has 30 years' experience in treating postpartum rheumatism. He divides patients into early phase,metaphase and anaphase in postpartum rheumatism by 100 days,6 months and above 6 months after giving birth. Early phase is main in weakness and pathogen invasion; Metaphase is main in rooted pathogen and dampness; Anaphase is main in stagnation of liver Qi. He points out that stage treatment should be the main principle for treating postpartum rheumatism. And he mainly focus on removing rheumatism and paralysis and pain. The experience is summarized as"Early to tonify deficiency,mid- term to remove dampness,late- stage to soothing liver- qi stagnation".
