对产妇进行产后康复护理对其乳汁分泌及产后生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨产后康复护理的应用方法及对产妇乳汁分泌、生活质量的影响情况。方法对照组产妇予以产后常规护理,研究组产妇在提供产后常规护理基础上加用产后康复护理,记录两组产妇产后泌乳情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果研究组产后乳量少产妇所占比例(2.13%)显著低于对照组(19.15%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇产后护理前WHOQOL-100量表评分对比差异无统计学意义,护理后研究组WHOQOL-100量表评分较之前提高幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇对产后护理服务满意度评价结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用产后康复护理有利于改善产妇产后泌乳效果,对保障产妇生活质量、维持良好的护患关系均具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the application methods of postpartum rehabilitation nursing and its influence on maternal milk secretion and quality of life. Methods The pregnant women in the control group received routine postpartum care. The maternal women in the study group were given postpartum rehabilitation care on the basis of postpartum routine nursing. The postpartum lactation status, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were recorded. Results The proportion of postpartum women with low postpartum milk(2.13%) was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(19.15%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The comparison of the WHOQOL-100 scores before and after postpartum care in the two groups. The difference was not statistically significant. The score of WHOQOL-100 was higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The maternal evaluation of postpartum nursing service satisfaction was better than that of the study group. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of post-natal rehabilitation nursing is beneficial to improve the postpartum lactation effect of the mother, and it is of great value to ensure the quality of maternal life and maintain a good relationship between nurses and patients.
