摘要
对欧洲空间产品用元器件保证标准体系进行了分析,介绍了ECSS-Q-ST-60的主要内容,围绕ECSS-Q-ST-60针对元器件保证的7个方面和34个要素,重点分析了其最新版的变化情况,提出了我国宇航元器件保证的建议。
        The ECSS standard system for space product assurance of EEE components is analyzed firstly. Then, the main content of ECSS-Q-ST-60 is expounded, including seven key points and 34 factors. The differences between the original and revised issues are discussed. Some suggestions are put forward for setting up the corresponding assurance specification system for the space application of EEE component products in China.
